For over 20 years, Royal Restrooms has set the standard for what a luxury portable restroom experience should be. Our team continues that tradition today with modern equipment, thoughtful touches, and a commitment to professionalism at every step.
As a locally owned and operated franchise, we combine the care of a small business with the resources of a national network. That means we can confidently serve everything from private mountain weddings to large-scale festivals and emergency response deployments.
Our team brings a mix of backgrounds in event rentals, logistics, sales, customer service, and marketing—so we notice the little things and plan for the big ones. From your first call to final pickup, we’re here to make the process seamless. And if something needs attention onsite, we’re trained to troubleshoot quickly and get it right.

Thanks so much for helping us to get the RR on the day of our daughter’s wedding. People were singing praises left and right. The owners of the venue (a private home) was very pleased as well. The many guests did not have to travel in and out of their home to use the facilities, and the septic system was not in danger of being overtaxed. The latter never had to be a concern. Who knows? You may have prevented a disaster from happening. Our daughter’s wedding was beautiful, everyone was comfortable and very well taken care of. We had good food, weather, a beautiful venue, great music, a lovely couple, a perfect blend of friends and family. Thanks for being part of the total picture.

David Ray
Co-Owner and Managing Partner

David has a 35 year career spanning banking, commercial real estate and operations. David handles quotes, contracts, and finance for the company. David has a BS from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
Giles Ray
Operations Manager
Royal Restrooms Seattle
Giles is in charge of scheduling, delivery, and maintenance operations for the company. He has been with the company since graduating with a BS in Geology from the University of Utah in 2016. In his free time, Giles likes to ski, fish, sail and generally be on the water.
Daniel Baker
Operations
Royal Restrooms Seattle
Daniel oversees most of the weekly pumping operations and long-term maintenance. His attention to detail is strong and helps the company keep its vehicles and trailers operational and in good condition. In his free time Daniel loves fishing and generally being out of doors.
Ross Dorn
General Manager
Royal Restrooms Seattle
Ross joined Royal Restrooms in 2020 and is quickly acclimating to the business. Ultimately he will be responsible for sales, marketing, and financial operations of the company in addition to co-managing operations with Giles. Ross has a long history with David and Gregor, having spent most of his 30 year career in commercial real estate. Ross has a BA in English from the University of Washington and an MS from MIT. In his free time Ross enjoys boating and hiking.
Gregor Miller
Co-Owner

Gregor’s career spans nearly 40 years, working for an industrial concern, followed by a long commercial real estate career where Gregor and David met. Gregor’s role in the company is to advise on marketing and strategy. Gregor has a BA in Accounting from the University of Washington. In his free time he enjoys fishing, hunting, golf and spending time with his grandchildren.

Caren and Steve Frazier
Our newest office owners to join the Royal Restrooms family. Both having career corporate jobs in the medical industry they know the importance of professional and reliable service. But something was always missing. Caren with her eye for party planning, Steve with his handy man problem solving skills and together just an everything outdoors kind of couple decided it was time to do something for themselves. When you meet Caren and Steve you will immediately have that kindred connection.
